A Note for Collin

Hunter's 1st grade class read the book about Flat Stanley and decided to make their own Flat Stanley to have some fun with. Along with this, they are learning how to write letters. So they are suppose to have fun with Stanley and then send him to someone to have some fun. Hunter wanted to send his Stanley to his cute cousin Collin. Hunter's kindergarten class last year had a similar letter writing assignment and he had so much fun sending and receiving letters from his uncle Jeremy, Aunt Melanie and cousins Jason, Calvin and Collin, he wanted to do it again. (THANKS again for doing that, he really enjoyed that his letter was from the farthest away place)
Since I have been busy with school and midterms we haven't been able to do much with Stanley but hopefully this weekend he will be able to hang out with us and we can get some good pictures.
Here is Hunter with Flat Stanley

Here they are playing in a small bush (I'm not really sure why)

Stanley played on the monkey bars

He even played basketball with Hunter

He helped Hunter shovel some snow (even though it isn't even close to how much Collin has in his yard)

Stanley really enjoyed sharing this ice cream with Hunter

Have fun with Stanley, Collin. Make sure and get lots of pictures of your family with him. And maybe share a piece of your dad's birthday cake with him.
We love you guys. Thanks for making Hunter's school projects so much fun for him.
